Cynthia is a UX Strategist, Researcher & Designer from the Madison, WI area with over 10 years of experience making products and experiences better for users. She has worked in several industries including, e-commerce, retail, wholesale distributors, and banking. She has owned several projects managing the user experience process through development.

When Cynthia has her strategist hat off she loves spending time with her husband and three children in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin. She also loves art and baking.
